Biff, Chip and Kipper put on a circus for Mum and Dad but it is hard to see who is who!
Now, let’s go back to the first page of this book.
비프, 칩 그리고 키퍼는 엄마와 아빠를 위해 서커스를 열었어요, 하지만 누가 누군지 얼굴을 구분할 수 없었답니다.
자, 이제 첫 번째 페이지를 펴주세요.

[Narrator]: One Saturday afternoon, Kipper’s family had a game, which is called, ‘Is it?’. Kipper, Biff, and Chip disguised themselves and Mum and Dad couldn’t recognize them. First, Kipper put on a fool’s cap and stood on his hands in the backyard. Mum and Dad couldn’t see his face. “Is it Kipper?” asked Mum.
어느 토요일 오후, 키퍼네 가족은 게임을 하기로 했어요. 게임의 이름은 “누굴까?” 였어요. 키퍼, 비프 그리고 칩은 엄마와 아빠가 알아보지 못하도록 변장을 했어요. 먼저 키퍼가 마당에서 모자를 쓰고 물구나무서기를 했어요. 엄마와 아빠는 키퍼의 얼굴을 볼 수 없었어요. “누굴까? 키퍼니? 엄마가 물었어요.

[Narrator]: ‘Ta-ra!’ said Kipper. Yes! It is Kipper! Kipper disguised as a clown. He put on a fool’s cap, striped body suit with pom poms and with snap closure pants. Kipper played buffoon for Mum and Dad. ‘I am a clown!’ called Kipper. Mum and Dad were excited to see his trick. ‘It was brilliant, Kipper,’ Mum and Dad gave him a hand. Next was Biff’s turn. Biff put on a hat with brown wig and big jacket with an orange corsage. Her jacket was very unique. It has four colours, red, yellow, green and light blue! She had a clown nose. “Is it Biff?’ asked Dad.
“짜잔” 키퍼가 말했어요. 맞아요. 바로 키퍼였어요. 키퍼는 피에로 분장을 했던 거였어요. 키퍼는 모자를 피에로 모자를 쓰고 방울이 달린 줄무늬 옷을 입었어요. 키퍼는 엄마와 아빠를 위해서 피에로처럼 재주를 부렸어요. “나는 피에로에요.” 키퍼가 말했어요. 엄마와 아빠는 키퍼의 재롱을 보며 매우 즐거웠어요. “정말 대단하구나 키퍼야.” 엄마와 아빠는 박수를 쳤어요. 그 다음은 비프의 차례였어요. 비프는 갈색 가발과 모자를 쓰고 오렌지 꽃이 달린 커다란 자켓을 입었어요. 비프의 자켓은 아주 멋졌어요. 빨간색, 노란색, 초록색 그리고 하늘색의 알록달록한 자켓 이었어요. 비프는 피에로 코 분장을 하고 있었어요. “누굴까? 비프니?” 아빠가 물었어요.

[Narrator]: ‘Hey, Mum and Dad. It’s me, Biff’ laughed Biff. She took off her hat with brown wig and also took off her fake big red nose. ‘Oh, ho!’ laughed Dad. ‘My circus was perfect, I think !’ called Biff. ‘Yes, you were an amazing actress!’ everybody said. ‘Look at me!’ shouted Chip. He stood on his hands on the grass and he tried to bend his knees. Nobody could see his face because he covered his face up with the wig! ‘Hurry up, you guys, I can’t stand long!....’ wined Chip. ‘Chip, we know who you are! You’re the last one!’ laughed Dad. ‘Sshhh…Is it Chip?’ asked Mum.
“엄마, 아빠! 저 비프에요.” 비프가 웃으며 말했어요. 비프는 모자와 갈색 가발, 커다란 자켓을 벗었어요. 마지막으로 피에로 코도 뺏어요. “오~” 아빠가 웃었어요. “제 생각에 저의 서커스는 정말 대단했어요.” 비프가 말했어요. “맞아. 너는 훌륭한 배우였어.” 모두가 말했어요. “나를 봐요.” 칩이 소리쳤어요. 칩은 잔디에 물구나무 서서 무릎을 구부리려 했어요. 칩은 가발로 얼굴을 전부 가리고 있어서 아무도 칩의 얼굴을 볼 수 없었어요. “여러분~빨리 맞춰보세요. 이렇게..오래..서 있을 수가…없어요…” 칩이 말했어요. “칩!! 네가 마지막이야. 우리는 다 네가 누군지 알고 있어.” 아빠가 웃으며 말했어요. “쉿…..누굴까?칩이니? 엄마가 물었어요.

[Narrator]: ‘Alright, it’s me!’ He took off his red wig and shook it towards the family. ‘Good! We really enjoyed your circus! It was excellent!’ called Mum. ‘Wait! Look who’s here!’ said Kipper. There was someone standing in front of Mum and Dad. He dressed up perfectly, actually everyone cannot see who he was. Mum and Dad could see only top of his head. He has yellow and fluffy hair, and he looks like Floppy! ‘Is it Floppy?’ asked Dad.
“맞아요. 저 칩이에요.” 칩은 빨간색 가발을 벗어서 가족들에게 흔들며 말했어요. “잘했어. 너의 서커스는 정말로 재미있었어. 훌륭해.” 엄마가 말했어요.
“잠깐! 여기 누가 왔나 봐요.” 키퍼가 말했어요. 엄마와 앞에 누군가가 서있었어요. 그는 완벽하게 변장을 해서 누군지 알아볼 수 없었어요. 엄마와 아빠는 그의 머리만 겨우 볼 수 있었어요. 그는 노란색, 솜털 같은 머리를 갖은 플로피 같았어요. “누굴까? 플로피니?” 아빠가 물었어요.

[Narrator]: ‘Warf!’ barked Floppy. ‘Yes, it is Floppy!’ called Kipper. Everyone gave him a hand. He wrapped himself up in a big blue cape. It looked really nice! ‘Who did you find him this fantastic cape, Floppy?’ said Dad. ‘Kipper!’ Biff and Chip said at the same time. ‘Good job, Kipper. Well done, Floppy!’ clapped everyone.
“멍멍!” 플로피가 힘차게 짖었어요. “맞아요. 플로피에요.” 키퍼가 말했어요. 모두가 플로피를 위해 박수를 쳤어요. 플로피는 커다란 파란색 망토를 두르고 있었어요. 플로피는 정말 멋진 개에요. “누가 이렇게 멋진 망토를 찾아준 거니, 플로피?” 아빠가 말했어요. “키퍼” 비프와 칩이 동시에 대답했어요. “키퍼 잘했구나. 플로피도 훌륭했어.” 모두가 박수를 쳤어요.
