What¡¯s this story about? (¾î¶² À̾߱â Àϱî¿ä?)
Kipper is hoping for a story in bed with Dad and Mum. Then Chip and Biff squeeze in. But when Floppy jumps on the bed it is just too much and the bed falls down!

Read the title. Look at Dad and the alarm clock in the picture. Ask, ¡°What do you think he is thinking? Does he want to get up?¡± Talk about what you think might happen in the story.

¤ýChoose any word in the story. Ask the child to find out how many times it is written in the book. You could say, ¡°How many times can you find ¡®Mum¡¯?¡±

¤ýStart from the back of the book and count the pages backwards from 8 to 2. Ask, ¡°What number comes next?¡± Practise counting from 1 to 10 and back from 10 to 1.
