This is a story about what happens when Wilf and Wilma's cousin Kate comes to stay.
Kate helps to decorate an Easter cake with little chocolate eggs. Then Wilma has an idea.
She goes to the park with Dad and hides the eggs for Kate and Wilf to find.
They look everywhere, but they can't find any eggs.

Kate came to stay with Wilf and Wilma. She was really excited.
She had never been away all by herself before.
Kate ran to say hello. She had a big smile on her face.
Wilf and Wilma was please. They liked their little cousin, Kate.
'Here are her things,' said Kate's mum.
'And these are a few of her toys.'
'Don't worry about her,' said Wilma's mum. 'We'll look after her.'

There were lots of exciting things for Kate to do while she stayed with Wilf and Wilma.
In a few days time it was going to be Easter, so Mum and Kate made a cake.
It was a special Easter cake. They iced it with green icing and put some fluffy chicks in the middle of it.
Wilf and Wilma watched while Kate put little eggs on it.
She put them all round the edge.
'Fill in the gaps,' said Mum.
'All right,' said Kate.'This is fun.'

'It looks good enough to eat!'
Wilma had a bag with some chocolate eggs that hadn't been used on the cake.
Wilma looked at the little eggs. Then she had an idea.
'I can use these eggs for...'

Dad went with her.
'This is the very place for the Easter egg hunt' thought Wilma.
'There are lots of places to hide the eggs. Then, when I've hidden them all,
Kate can come and find them!'

Dad chatted to a lady who was walking her dog in the park.
It wasn't long before Wilma had hidden all the little eggs.

'It will be a good story to tell your mum,' said Wilf.
