Down by the little stream was a big tree and someone had put up a rope swing. On the end of the rope swing they had tied an old tyre. This story is about what happened when Biff and Chip took Kipper and went with Wilma and wilf to play on the rope swing.

¡®Let¡¯s go and play down by the stream,¡¯ said Wilf. ¡®We could trhrow stones in the water, or float sticks down and have races with them.¡¯

¡®Good idea,¡¯ said Chip. So Wilf and Wilma asked their Dad if they could go to the stream, ¹«¿ì he said they could.

Biff and Chip asked their Mum and she said they could go too, as long as they didn¡¯t get wet and took Kipper with them.

So the children went to the stream.

Down by the stream was a tall tree. Some of its branches stuck out over the water.
½Ã³» ¾Æ·¡¿¡´Â Å« ³ª¹«°¡ ÀÖ¾ú¾î¿ä. ³ª¹« °¡Áö ¸î °³´Â ¹° À§·Î »¸¾î ÀÖ¾ú¾î¿ä.

On one of these branches, someone had tied a rope.

At the end of the rope was a car tyre. It made a perfect swing.

The children looked at the tree and they looked at the swing.

¡®I¡¯m going to have a go on this rope swing,¡¯ sid WIlf. ¡® will you give me a push?¡¯

¡®All right,¡¯ said the others. ¡®we¡¯ll push you. Climb on to the tyre.¡¯ So wilf climbed on the swing.

Chip pushed Wilf. He pushed him as hard as he could and he swung out over the tiny stream.
