This story is about Chip doing tricks on his bicycle. Look, he's not cycling safely.
He's messing about.
ÀÌ À̾߱â´Â ChipÀÇ ÀÚÀü°Å·Î ¹¦±â¿¡ °üÇÑ À̾߱⿹¿ä. º¸¼¼¿ä, ÀÚÀü°Å¸¦ ¾ÈÀüÇÏ°Ô Å¸°í ÀÖÁö ¾Ê³×¿ä. ½Ç¼ö¸¦ ÇÏ°í ÀÖ¾î¿ä.

But, wehre is he doing the tricks? Well, he' doing them in the park. He knows that it is definitely not a good idea to do tricks on the road.

Chip loves his bicycle. There's a track in the play area in the park where people are allowed
to cycle. So when Mum took Floppy for a walk, Chip went along on his bicycle.
ChipÀº ÀÚÀü°Å¸¦ Á¤¸» ÁÁ¾ÆÇØ¿ä. °ø¿ø¿¡´Â ÀÚÀü°Å Àü¿ëµµ·Î°¡ ÀÖ´ä´Ï´Ù.
±×·¡¼­ ¾ö¸¶¿Í Floppy°¡ »êÃ¥ÇÏ´Â µ¿¾È, ChipÀº ÀÚÀü°Å¸¦ Ÿ°í ³î¾Æ¿ä.

Once they got in the park, Chip showed Mum his first trick.
He took his hands off the handlebars.
ÇѹøÀº °ø¿ø¿¡ °¬´Âµ¥ ChipÀÌ ¾ö¸¶¿¡°Ô ù ¹ø° ¹¦±â¸¦ º¸¿©Áֳ׿ä. ¼ÕÀâÀÌ¿¡¼­ ¼ÕÀ» ³õ¾Ò¾î¿ä.

'Look at me, Mum,' he called. 'I've been practising this.'
¡®¾ö¸¶, º¸¼¼¿ä.¡¯ ±×°¡ ºÒ·¶¾î¿ä. ¡®³ª ÀÌ°Å ¿¬½ÀÇß¾î¿ä.¡¯

'Just you be careful,' said Mum. 'If you fall off and hurt yourself, it will be your own fault.'

Mum gasped when she saw Chip's next trick. He had hi knee on the saddle and he held one leg out behind him.

'Look at me Mum' he called. 'Look at me on my bike.'
¡®¾ö¸¶, º¸¼¼¿ä.¡¯ ±×°¡ ºÒ·¶¾î¿ä. ¡®ÀÚÀü°Å À§ÀÇ Àú Á» º¸¼¼¿ä.¡¯

Mum looked worried but she didn't stop him. She did not want to molyycoddle Chip.
¾ö¸¶´Â °ÆÁ¤ÀÌ µÆÁö¸¸ ¸»¸®Áö´Â ¾Ê¾Ò¾î¿ä. ¾ö¸¶´Â ChipÀÌ ³ª¾àÇÏ±æ ¹Ù¶óÁö ¾Ê¾Ò°Åµç¿ä.

'I hope you know what you are doing.'she said. 'If you slip and hurt yourself, it will be your own fault.'

There was a hump in the park. It was fun to ride up it quite fast. Then the bike would jump and
fly through the air. The hump was called Jump to Bump.

Chip sped to the top of the hump. 'Look at me, Mum' he called. His bicycle jumped in the air.
What Mum and Chip hadn't noticed was that there was a big, wet, muddy puddle on the other side of Jump the Bump.
ChipÀº ¾ð´ö À§±îÁö ¼Óµµ¸¦ ³Â¾î¿ä. ¡®¾ö¸¶, º¸¼¼¿ä.¡¯ ±×°¡ ºÒ·¶¾î¿ä.
±×ÀÇ ÀÚÀü°Å°¡ À§·Î Á¡ÇÁ¸¦ Çß¾î¿ä. ¾ö¸¶¿Í ChipÀÌ ¹Ìó ¸ô¶ú´ø °ÍÀº ¾ð´ö ¹Ý´ëÆí¿¡ Å«, ÁøÈëÅÁÀÌ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù´Â °Å¿¹¿ä.

Chip landed with a splash and a splat. The mued flew up towards Mum. 'Oh no!' called Mum.

Poor Mum. She was covered in splashes of mud. They were all over her coat and her trousers.

Chip looked at Mum in horror. He hadn't meant to splash her.
'I'm really sorry, Mum,' he said.
ChipÀº È­°¡ ³­ ¾ö¸¶¸¦ ºÃ¾î¿ä. ±×°¡ ¾ö¸¶¿¡°Ô ±×·¸°Ô ÇÏ·Á°í ÇÑ °ÍÀº ¾Æ´Ñµ¥ ¸»ÀÌÁÒ. ¡®Á¤¸» Á˼ÛÇØ¿ä, ¾ö¸¶.¡¯ ±×°¡ ¸»Çß¾î¿ä.

'It's partially my own fault,' said Mum. 'I shouldn't have let you do all those silly tricks.'
