Floppy looks as if he¡¯s in one of those moods where he wants to play. His front legs are down and his tail is wagging, if he can¡¯t find anyone to play with, he¡¯ll race everywhere as fast as he can.

Floppy was full of energy. He raced round the garden.

He ran in and out of the house.
ÁýÀ» µé¶ô³¯¶ôÇÏ°í¿ä.

He charged across the flower bed and jumped over the wall.
È­´ÜÀ» ³Ñ¾î´Ù´Ï°í ´ãº®À» ¶Ù¾î³Ñ¾î¿ä.

Biff was holding a tray of cups she almost dropped them as Floppy hurtled past.
Biff°¡ ÄŵéÀÌ ¾ñ¾îÁø Àï¹ÝÀ» µé°í ÀÖ¾î¿ä. Floppy°¡ Áö³ª°¡¸é¼­ ºÎµúÃÄ Biff´Â °ÅÀÇ ¶³¾î¶ß¸±»· Çß¾î¿ä.

¡®Oh Floppy!¡¯ said Biff, as he rushed past them. Kipper laughed.
¡®¿À, Floppy!' Biff°¡ ±×µé ¿·À» ºü¸£°Ô Áö³ª°¡´Â Floppy¿¡°Ô ¸»Çß¾î¿ä. Kipper°¡ ¿ô¾ú¾î¿ä. ¡¯

¡®I think he¡¯s gone crazy,¡¯ he said.

Biff, Chip and Kipper were having a little picnic with Mum outside on the grass.
Biff, Kipper¿Í ChipÀº ¾ö¸¶¿Í ÇÔ²² Ç®¹ç¿¡¼­ ÀÛÀº ÇÇÅ©´ÐÀ» Áñ±â°í ÀÖ¾î¿ä.

It wasn¡¯t a big pictnic &Å« ÇÇÅ©´ÐÀº ¾Æ´Ï¿¹¿ä - À½·á¼ö¶û ºñ½ºÅ¶ ÇÑ µÎ°³ Á¤µµ.

Floppy heard Chip tearing open the wrapping on the biscuits.
Floppy´Â ChipÀÌ ºñ½ºÅ¶ ²®ÁúÀ» ¹þ±â´Â ¼Ò¸®¸¦ µé¾ú¾î¿ä.

He rushed across and skidded to a stop. They he crouched down and looked at chip.
Floppy´Â ±ÞÇÏ°Ô ¶Ù¾î¿Í¼­´Â ¹Ì²ô·¯Á® ¸ØÃè¾î¿ä. ±×¸®°í´Â ¿õÅ©¸®°í ¾É¾Æ ChipÀ» ¹Ù¶óºÃ¾î¿ä.

¡®Look at him,¡¯ laughed Mum. ¡®I know what he¡¯d say if he could talk.¡¯
¡®À÷Á» ºÁ¡¯ ¾ö¸¶°¡ ¿ôÀ¸¸ç ¸»Çß¾î¿ä. ¡®³­ ±×°¡ ¸»ÇÒ ¼ö¸¸ ÀÖ´Ù¸é ¹¹¶ó°í ¸»Çß´ÂÁö ¾Ë¾Æ.¡¯

¡®Well, he can¡¯t have a biscuit,; said Chip. ¡®It¡¯s not good to spoil dogs by giving them biscuits.¡¯
¡®ÇÏÁö¸¸ ºñ½ºÅ¶À» ¸Ô¾î¼± ¾ÈµÅ¡¯¶ó°í ChipÀÌ ¸»Çß¾î¿ä. ¡®ºñ½ºÅ¶À» ÁÜÀ¸·Î½á °³µéÀ» ¹ö¸©¾ø°Ô ¸¸µå´Â°Ç ÁÁÁö ¾Ê¾Æ.¡¯

Floppy gave a little bark.

¡®No Floppy!¡¯ he said. You can¡¯t have a biscuit.¡¯

Dad saw the others outside, so he came out to join them on the rug.

He had made a plate of sandwiches.

Floppy ran up with a bone in his mouth. Floppy´Â ÀÔ¿¡ »À¸¦ ¹°°í´Â ´Þ·Á¿Ô¾î¿ä.

He put the bone down and started to dig a hole in the lawn.

±×´Â »À¸¦ ¿·¿¡ ³õ°í ¶¥À» Æı⠽ÃÀÛÇß¾î¿ä.

¡®He wants to bury his bone,¡¯ said Kipper
¡®»À¸¦ ¹¯À¸·Á Çϴ°žߡ¯ Kipper°¡ ¸»Çß¾î¿ä.

Dirt began to fly all over the rug.
ÈëÀÌ ±ò°³ À§·Î ³¯¶ó¿À±â ½ÃÀÛÇß¾î¿ä.

¡®Oh Floppy!¡¯ said Dad.
¡®¿À, Floppy!' ¾Æºü°¡ ¸»Çß¾î¿ä.

¡®Stop i. Go and bury your bone somewhere else in the garden.¡¯

¡®Floppy is in such a funny mood. He hasn¡¯t stopped rushing about all day.¡¯
¡¯Floppy ±âºÐÀÌ ÀÌ»óÇÑ°¡ºÁ. ÇÏ·ç Á¾ÀÏ ½¬Áö ¾Ê°í ¶Ù¾î´Ù´ÏÀÚ³ª¡®

Suddenly there was a miaow and a bark.

Floppy had seen the cat from next door and he began to chase it.
Floppy°¡ ¿·Áý °í¾çÀ̸¦ º¸°í´Â ÂѾƴٴϱ⠽ÃÀÛÇÑ°Å¿¹¿ä.

The cat ran across the lawn and shot over the rug where everyone was sitting.
°í¾çÀÌ´Â Àܵð¹çÀ» ¶Ù¾î´Ù³æ°í ¸ðµÎ°¡ ¾É¾Æ ÀÖ´Â ±ò°³¸¦ Áö³ª°¬¾î¿ä.

¡®No Floppy!¡¯ shouted Mum, but it was too late.
¡®¾ÈµÅ, Floppy' ¾ö¸¶°¡ ¼Ò¸®ÃÆÁö¸¸ ÀÌ¹Ì ´Ê¾ú¾î¿ä.

Floppy charged after the cat and leaped over the rug.
Floopy´Â °í¾çÀÌ µÚ¸¦ ÂÑ¾Ò°í ±ò°³¸¦ ¶Ù¾î³Ñ¾ú¾î¿ä.

¡®Oh you crazy dog,¡¯ said Dad.

It was the end of a busy day for Floppy.
FloppyÀº ¹Ù»Û ÇÏ·ç°¡ ³¡³µ¾î¿ä.

He was worn out with all the chasing about he had done.
±×´Â ±×°¡ ÇÑ µû¶óÀâ±â·Î ÁöÃÄÀÖ¾ú¾î¿ä.

He lay down on the grass and went fast asleep.
±×´Â Ç®¹ç¿¡ ´©¿ö ºü¸£°Ô ÀáÀÌ µé¾ú´ä´Ï´Ù.

¡®Just look at him,¡¯ said Dad. ¡®One minute he¡¯s all over the place, the next he¡¯s out like alight,¡¯
¡®Floppy Á» ºÁ¡¯ ¾Æºü°¡ ¸»Çß¾î¿ä. ¡®¹æ±Ý Àü¿¡´Â ¿©±â Àú±â ¶Ù¾î´Ù´Ï´õ´Ï ÀÌÁ¦´Â ÁöÃƱº.¡¯

¡®I love the way he just flops down and goes to sleep,¡¯ said Chip.
¡®³­ ±×°¡ ¾²·¯Á® Àáµå´Â ¸ð½ÀÀÌ ÁÁ¾Æ¿ä¡¯ ChipÀÌ ¸»Çß¾î¿ä.

¡®No wonder he¡¯s called Floppy.¡¯
