Cover/Introduction

Biff and Chip had never heard of a street fair until they went into town with Dad one Saturday afternoon.
Maybe you¡¯ve never heard of a street fair either. So what is it? Well, first of all, it¡¯s a lot of fun, but even more important than that is that it does a lot of good, because most street fairs make money to help people.
When Biff and Chip went to this particular street fair, they found something that became a big surprise for Mum and Kipper.
